Sponsored by the Californian, Create a work of art on a newstand with a message of peace and unity, using paint or another weather-resistant material, such as mosaic tile, transform an El Sol news dispenser into a work of public art to be exhibited at the National Steinbeck Center Museum & around Salinas.
